Convert Pages Documents to Google Documents




Converting Pages Documents, the native document program on Macs, to Google Docs is not hard, but does take a few steps.


  1. To convert, first, open your Pages Document.
  2. Export the document as a Microsoft Word Document. (docx) Don't worry if you do not have Word.  I don't either.
  3. Upload the Word Document to your Google Drive.
  4. Open the document.
  5. You might need to adjust the margins. You can do this by clicking on file > page setup.
