How to See All Appointments in a Day in Google Calendar (Think Parent Conferences)

I have over 20 students in my Grade 4 class this year. Student numbers in an inquiry classroom where most students are learning English aside, it makes for a dilemma when coming up with a schedule for parent teacher conferences.

When appointments are all bunched together, it makes it hard to see when they will be happening. Since I couldn't find a way to adjust the view with Google Calendar, I had to find my own way.

What I found was that you could print a PDF. When it prints, the appointments are more spread out.
